Jill Decker isn’t your typical real estate agent—she’s a proud Jersey girl who fell in love with Texas over 25 years ago. After raising her three children in the Lone Star State, she now enjoys watching her family grow and spending time with her grandchildren. Her family is her greatest accomplishment, and their roots in Texas deepen her connection to the community. When not spending time with family you can find her Mountain biking, Hiking, or playing with her RC car.

Jill joined Lakes and Hills Realty 10 years ago as an administrative assistant and quickly discovered her passion for real estate. Since then, she has become a trusted expert in Burnet and Llano Counties, helping clients buy and sell homes with skill, experience, and local market knowledge.
